These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website sobhaoneworldproject.com (the "Website"), operated by the Authorised Channel Partner ("we", "us") marketing the project SOBHA OneWorld (the "Project"). By accessing or using the Website, or by submitting an enquiry, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

This Website is an informational and marketing website created by an authorised channel partner. It is not the official website of the developer/promoter and does not constitute an offer, invitation or contract of any kind. We are not the owner, developer or promoter of the Project.

2. Accuracy of information

All information on the Website — including specifications, layouts, amenities, dimensions, prices, timelines and location details — is indicative, is sourced from the developer and/or publicly available material, and is subject to change or withdrawal by the developer at any time without notice. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, statutory charges and other levies unless expressly stated, and are subject to revision.

3. Images & representations

Images, renders, walkthroughs, maps and other visuals are artistic impressions for representation only and may differ from the actual constructed product. Distances and connectivity references are approximate.

Nothing on the Website shall be construed as a legal offer, warranty or guarantee. Any booking, allotment or sale will be governed solely by the terms of the developer's application form, allotment letter and agreement to sell/sale deed, and the sanctioned plans and approvals.

They are used on this Website only for identification and reference in connection with the authorised marketing of the Project, and no ownership or endorsement beyond such authorisation is claimed. • Use the Website only for lawful purposes and not to disrupt, misuse or gain unauthorised access to it.
• Independently verify all Project details with the developer and the RERA authority before making any financial commitment.
