Create two follow-up lists: one for the villa and one for the community. Ask the team to answer them separately so incomplete shared work is not hidden behind a finished interior.
Project context: DSR Group presents DSR Elixir as four- and five-bedroom villas in the Whitefield area. This article is a practical evaluation method, not an inspection report or confirmation that a particular home meets the checklist.
Identify unit work
Ask what remains inside and outside the offered villa. Request the inspection process and how reported issues are tracked. Keep a sample home's condition separate from the home identified in your offer.
Identify shared dependencies
List the route, utilities and facilities needed for your planned occupation. Ask which are operating and which remain under work. A master plan shows an intended arrangement, not necessarily the current status of every feature.
Align your moving plan
Request current written information for both the home and its dependencies. Seek appropriate advice on the documents relevant to occupation. Do not commit to a household move solely because a general target date appears online.
Your enquiry checklist
Tick an item when you have an answer or the relevant material. Keep an unresolved point on your follow-up list. These ticks stay only on this page and reset when you reload it.

Record the offered home’s reference, the date and who supplied each answer. Keep observations separate from statements awaiting confirmation. If a question needs a measurement or a specialist assessment, request that evidence rather than filling the gap from a similar home’s illustration.
