SOBHA's official website has a named Victoria Park development off Hennur Main Road. That does not establish that an advertisement for a new Hennur township refers to Victoria Park. Do not reuse its registration, floor plans or amenities for an unnamed proposal. The same principle applies to photographs: nearby completed buildings are useful locality references only when labelled as such.

Send the team the exact page you found and ask which project it represents. Request the official name and map pin before arranging a visit, then compare those identifiers with the documents received at the appointment.
