Use the correct drawing
Ask for the unit type, floor reference, drawing date, north marker and dimensions. A stylised furniture illustration may help explain a layout but does not replace a dimensioned plan. Keep the area statement beside it and clarify which balconies, utilities and common components are counted. Do not treat plans from another SOBHA project as substitutes.
Draw your real furniture
Mark your existing bed, wardrobe depth, dining table and sofa on a copy of the plan using its scale. Check door swings and the routes between rooms. In the kitchen, examine appliance positions and the passage remaining when doors open. A nominal study may be unsuitable for a full working day if a chair blocks circulation or there is no practical storage wall.
Check the approach to the apartment
The floor plate adds information that an isolated unit plan cannot show. Look at lift access, the entrance corridor, adjacent doors and service areas. Ask what lies above and below the selected unit. Review the master plan separately for access and surrounding uses; do not infer a permanent view from an artist's impression.

Shortlist the plan that supports your routine. Leave dimensions, available configurations and floor-specific details unconfirmed until the current developer documents are supplied.
